You do not have to be 18. This age whatever-it-is is a scam, a counterfeit, a plot. Age bears almost no correlation to intelligence, which really counts.;) There is no person "of minor status". And that is another counterfeit to enforce segregation and the three-x code word. If only Cortexes could speak out...
